USPS, FEDEX or UPS.

We ship collars for free within the Continental USA and Canada, plus Puerto Rico. Extra charges will apply for outside of this area.  If you are are outside of this area and need a shipping quote please Contact Us.

We ship within the USA from Niagara Falls, New York and within Canada from Alliston Ontario, so no import duties will be charged.

Individual Gemstone Studs have a shipping charge $1.99 when your order is under $75.00.  Orders of gemstones studs over $75.00 is free to the Continental USA and Canada, plus Puerto Rico.

We usually ship within a day, with the exceptions of weekends and Holidays. Shipping within Continental USA and Canada, plus Puerto Rico usually take 2 - 7 days from the date of shipping depending on your location.  

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We have NEVER had a request for a return!  If you order the wrong size, don't worry, mistakes happen!  We'll send you a return ticket and send you the right size.  We have sent out hundreds of collars and have only had to exchange ONLY 4 collars for the right size.
